Intro Text

Welcome to the current home of my writing. Since my provider decided that the internet wasn't the place for personal homepages I had to find a new home for the stories. This may be a temporary home, or it might not. We'll see how it goes.

At the moment this site will be hosting my writing. There're some full-length novels in the stories section all in the Science Fiction and Fantasy genres. This content will be being fleshed out as I get around to transferring them and doing some formatting work to get the previews presentable. They're also up for sale on Amazon, so if you enjoy them you might want to consider buying as well.

November 2020

An end-of-the-month update is here. There's another installment of Lies in red Leaves over in the stories section. Now, I won't tell you how much more there is to go, but this installment is in the denouement. The next book is in the planning stages, I know where I want to go with it, and that will probably be the end of this story arc. After that? No idea yet. Perhaps Catch the Knife. But I do want to get Borderlines finished up before then. And I do have to get some of those other old stories into formats that can be stored on this site. Yes, Godsend, I'm looking at you, you crusty old thing, you.

I'll see if I can get another update done before Christmas. Until then, stay safe and wear your damn mask.

  2. Just finished Lies in Red Leaves; some interesting and unexpected turns. I really enjoyed the more bittersweet moments. Well done Mr. Howell.

I can't claim to be a longtime reader. I read all three books this year, but I intend to hang around, especially as this isn't the end of Mikah's story.

Thanks again for sharing your vision. Take care and best wishes for the holidays and new year!

    1. Now there's a name I haven't heard in a long time...
I really don't have any plans on continuing that. I've idly considered it on occasion, but that's really as it's gone.

  6. You mentioned that you are looking to migrate "Godsend" to Othrworlds; did you ever complete that story?
    Is it available somewhere?
    Thanks!

  7. I've been following your work for some time.... Just a bit over two decades :) ......I found your home page by chance, but I can say that your work is unique. I hope you are doing well even with this pandemic and that I would love to read the end of your story. And as a science fiction fan I wanted to wish you, here from Brazil, Live long and prosper...
